You choose every cut — so you get the steaks, not just the ground.
The biggest worry with buying beef in bulk is ending up with a freezer full of ground beef and not enough of the steaks you actually crave.
That doesn't happen here. Before we cut a single steak, you fill out a simple cut sheet — how thick you want your steaks, how much ground, which roasts. You get the beef your family actually eats, all of it USDA Prime, all from one Texas-raised Angus steer.
*And right now, through August 31, we're going even further: reserve a quarter, and we'll add 5 extra steaks — ribeye or NY strip, your pick. Reserve a half or whole, and we'll add 10, on top of your full share. No extra charge.
A full freezer of beef you chose — heavy on the cuts you love.

Not "Choice." Not "select." USDA Prime.
USDA Prime is the top grade of beef in America — roughly the top 2% of all beef graded. It's the marbling that makes a steak tender, juicy, and rich. It's what steakhouses charge a premium for, and it's what we put in your freezer.
You're not getting a mystery box. You're getting Prime Angus, raised by the family that stands behind it.

HOW IT WORKS
- Reserve your share. Choose a quarter, half, or whole and place your deposit ($150 / $250 / $500). Your price is locked and flat — no surprises, no price-per-pound math.
- Tell us how you want it cut. Fill out your simple cut sheet — steak thickness, how much ground, which roasts. Your beef, cut your way.
- We raise and process it. Your share comes from a single Texas-raised USDA Prime Angus steer, cut to your sheet at our facility.
- We charge the balance when it's ready. Once your beef is cut and packed, we charge the remaining balance — the same flat price you saw when you reserved.
- We deliver it frozen. Vacuum-sealed, labeled, and delivered to your door across our delivery area. Your freezer, full of Prime.
A quick word on weight (so the numbers make sense)
- You'll see two weights in the bulk beef world, and they're not the same.
Hanging weight is the carcass weight before it's cut and trimmed — a whole steer hangs around 600–800 lbs.
Take-home weight is what actually goes in your freezer, after bones, trim, and aging. That's the number that matters — and it's the one we quote above (~400–500 lbs for a whole).
Some sellers quote the big hanging-weight number to make a share sound larger than what you'll actually eat. We quote take-home, because that's your beef.

Delivered frozen, packaged, and freezer-ready.
- Your share arrives frozen — vacuum-sealed and labeled, ready to stack straight into the freezer.
We deliver across Texas and neighboring states — Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Once your beef is cut and weighed, we'll schedule a delivery window that works for you.

Six generations of Texas cattle ranching.
This beef comes from a family that has raised cattle in Texas for six generations. Not a warehouse. Not a broker. A ranching family choosing your beef the way they'd choose it for their own table — and cutting it at our own facility, by hand.
When you fill your freezer with our Angus, you're not buying from a middleman. You're buying from the people who raised it, and who put their name on it.
Questions, answered.
How long does a share last?
A quarter feeds a couple or small family ~4–6 months; a half, 8–12 months; a whole, well over a year — depending on how often you eat beef.
What if I don't have a big freezer?
A quarter fits in ~4 cu ft — often a garage fridge-freezer. A half needs a small chest freezer (~7 cu ft); a whole, a mid-size one (~14 cu ft). A chest freezer pays for itself fast at these beef prices.
Can I really choose how it's cut?
Yes — that's the whole point. Steak thickness, roast sizes, ground quantity and blend. We send a cut sheet and guide you through it.
What's the deposit for?
It reserves your share and applies to your total — it is not an extra charge. The balance is due after we weigh and cut your beef and confirm the final price with you.
Is it really USDA Prime?
Yes — the same pedigree Angus grade you'll find on high-end Texas grocery shelves, by the freezer-full instead of one steak at a time.
How is it delivered?
Frozen, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and freezer-ready, across Texas and neighboring states, on a schedule that works for you.
