Shipping & Delivery Schedule

Nationwide (Frozen, UPS Overnight)

We ship your beef frozen via UPS overnight so it arrives cold and ready for the freezer. To keep your order from sitting in transit over a weekend, we ship early in the week only.

Order by Wednesday, 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time to ship that same week. Orders placed after Wednesday noon ship the following Monday.

• Beef is packed frozen with insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to stay cold in transit.
• Shipped frozen anywhere in the lower 48.

Local DFW Delivery

Local delivery runs on its own schedule and is not affected by the Wednesday shipping cutoff. If you’re in our delivery area, choose local delivery at checkout to get your beef delivered fresh.
