We don't buy from a warehouse and ship you whatever's on the shelf. We raise the cattle, cut every steak by hand at our facility, and deliver it ourselves across DFW. Your box is cut fresh the day it goes out — never pulled from a frozen case. That's something a grocery store can't do, and most online beef companies won't.
